Thank you Jara so much for all your classes - I really enjoy them & I feel SO much stronger & more toned.

I’ve always done a lot of yoga but I now feel that I can do a lot of the strength & stamina poses a lot better than before. I do think I am much more aware of using my back (posture) muscles in everyday life rather than my shoulders, neck etc (which is something I have always done in the past).

I really enjoy the variety of exercises in the sessions, I also enjoy learning new ones that allow me to gradually progress to the next level of training.
